Plataforma Contable is the software Chilean accountants use to run the companies in their portfolio. An accountant works across many companies at once and moves from screen to screen for every task.
The need was for the accountant to ask for the work in plain words, without hunting for the right screen, and have it carried out directly in the system.
How it solved it with Lelemon

The same agent works inside the product and on WhatsApp. The accountant picks where to write to it, and the agent uses the same actions on both channels.
What the agent does
The accountant asks for a task on one of the companies in their portfolio and the agent runs it in the system. The accountant does not need to know which screen holds the function, because the request is written the way they would say it to a colleague.

The agent shows what it will do before touching several records and waits for the accountant. The Plataforma Contable team follows the conversations and takes over from the panel or from Claude.
